The HP Jet Fusion 540 and 580 3D printers ensure accurate printing of parts with fine and elaborate details. They produce single-colour and full-colour plastic parts from tough, mechanically and chemically resistant PA 12 material.
Unlike the highly productive HP 4200 3D printer, the entire process of material preparation, 3D printing and subsequent cooling, removal and recycling of unused material takes place in a single device. Less than a day turnaround time from entering data to removing the finished parts.
You can create a design, test it, and build multiple variations in a matter of hours. Operation of the device is very simple and does not require any deep technical knowledge.
The HP Jet Fusion 540 3D printer is for users for whom fully functional white plastic parts are enough and do not need full-colour parts. The HP Jet Fusion 580 3D printer, on the other hand, is a revolutionary application of ink fused directly into the surface of a plastic print, enabling a completely new use of 3D printing in the development and production of new products and services.

If you want to realise the full potential of 3D printing, you need quality 3D modelling. Today's software solutions can not only create 3D models, resize and convert to a suitable format, but also provide tools such as topologically optimization and full-colour texture.
Before modelling for 3D printing on HP Multi Jet Fusion technology, it is a good idea to familiarize yourself with a few basic guidelines.
Various software can be used to create a 3D model for 3D printing, including the most commonly used CAD software. If you work with a CAD program, you can easily use it to prepare data for 3D printing.

POST PROCESSING
All powder-based 3D printing technology, including HP Multi Jet Fusion, require some post-processing of the printed parts. Namely, the removal of residual, unbonded build material from the surface of the parts. This is best achieved by sand-blasting or with a fine mixture of plastic powder. Other processing, can be, for example, dyeing or applying a coating.
