DYEMANSION POWERSHOT S
The DyeMansion Powershot S is an automatic chamber for the ballooning of plastic parts produced in 3D printers.
During the ballooning process, the surface of the printed parts is compacted on a microscopic level by the impact of small polystyrene-like balls. This treatment makes the surface smoother and more pleasant to the touch. The material is compacted on the surface of the part during the ballooning process and, combined with the greater smoothness, is significantly more resistant to abrasion. The parameters of the operating cycle can be individually adjusted to the requirements of the specific parts. Once the cycle is started, the entire process is fully automated in the Polyshot S.
The Powershot S design makes operation easy and does not require complex operator training. The device is ideal for parts produced on HP Jet Fusion and Voxeljet HSS 3D printers.|
