GOM announces the introduction of a new 3D optical scanner that has been developed entirely under the ZEISS brand (GOM became part of ZEISS in 2019). Under the name GOM Scan 1, the new product targets the less demanding segment of applications such as 3D printing quality control, reverse engineering or design.
We will soon find out what technical specifications this scanner will have at the official webinar on Tuesday, April 20, 2021. However, from the available information, it is clear that it will be a strip projection with the proven Blue Light technology.
